Default Down 40 Pounds
Got up this morning, usual routine, used the bathroom, went to put water on for coffee, stepped on the scale (it's in the kitchen, the only place there's room that the floor is even), and it said 291.0!!! I was so happy. Just the extra motivation I needed to keep my butt in gear. Treating myself tonight to a coffee grinder and flavored whole coffee beans. Let the losses continue, as long as they on the scale or in inches.

40 pounds is awesome! I bet you feel so much better. Losing weight is like a train that gets started moving from a stand still. Once it gets started, the momentum takes over!
