Default GOOD BYE Back FAT

Okay so I've had this little thing about will the fat rolls on my back ever go away. Well I have a "SIGN" that they are leaving. I looked in the mirror this morning and there they were still there BUUUUT they no longer hang down, I can even see the skin that was hidden under there. There was a birthmark under there too. HOW COOL!!!

Not a problem solver but a worthwhile short term solution might be "compression" type undergarments. I got underwire tank tops and and matching bottom half thingies that go to just above the knee. These are not constricting at all but they smooth everything out, no back fat at all.

I got two sets at Fashion Bug that are mostly cotton. I had to alter the straps as they are not adjustable and I like my boobs up a bit higher. I wear the tops almost every day and they are holding up very well. They get nice and sung in the dryer and still fit well, even after I lost 20 pounds. The bottom/leggins are great under pants and there isn't even a buldge or bump where it ends at the knee. I have a matching half slip as well and it really stays in place without rolling up or down and without tugging or constant adjusting.

I got a sexier black set a narrow strap tee shirt top and panties at TJMaxx this weekend, a steal at $16.99 for both pieces but not cotton so might not be as comfortable on a hot day as the mostly cotton pieces from Fashion Bug.

Now if only I could figure out what to do with my upper arm flab...

Congrats!!!! I have a stubborn bit of backfat or two, down by my love handles (of course ) and sort of right where my bra is. I cannot wait for that to be gone.

Keep up the fabulous work! And enjoy your new-found birthmark

I guess you "brought sexy back" with your sexy smaller back Okay, sorry, I couldn't resist. Congratulations!!! It's the little things that make this journey so much better I think.
