Oh I am down .8 a new low of 173.2. I got on the scale a few times hoping to see 172 but it hid itself well.

Today's Eats 8/21/10

Breakfast (352)
egg beaters w/1slice deli ham, 1slice swiss, 1slice whole wheat toast with spray ICB, skim, V8/V8 fusion mix, 1/2 grapefruit

Snack (100)
100cal Keebler pack

Lunch (492)
h/m chili, with 1oz cornbread, 1/2 grapefruit

Snack (280)
Skinny cow ice cream sandwich, Special K crackers, cup of grapes

Dinner (190)
Slim fast chocolate shake

Total Calories 1414
Water 64ozs (hoping to get one more in before bed) plus 16ozs decaf green tea
Exercise 60 jumping jacks, 40 jumping rope without the rope and 3 miles track

Has anyone tried Walden Farms Peanut Butter Spread? What is your opinion of it? Thanks
