Today was a pretty good day. I got my box of Tastefully Simple items in and wanted to eat everything. I made the soup, the biscuits and the dip. I had a cup of soup not bad with all of my extras for a healthy meal. My daughter made the biscuits, I got 2 small biscuits my 1/4c before I could think about another the kids finished them . I made the fiesta dip and I talked myself out of eating it several times. Then while I was waiting for my Smart One to cook with my extra cup of broccoli I decided to have some dip with 4 chips. I don't know how many calories are in the chips because the internet says 400 per basket at Chili's. The dip was an extra 70 for 3 tbsps. I didn't eat 3 tbsps but I'll add it in anyway. again for my extras to not appear on the scale in the morning .

Boy Scout boiled in a bag omelet (2 eggs, swiss, spinach) *my son made this for me, if was really good. Skim, V8 fusion, 1/2 grapefruit
25 reduced fat Cheez-It, special K bar
1c Tastefully Simple perfectly potato cheddar soup w/cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup corn, 1tbsp bacon bits, 2ozs deli ham
1/4c Tastefully Simple Parmesan cheddar biscuit mix (cooked) , 3/4c kashi
S/O pasta & spinach, 1c spinach, 1/2 grapefruit, diet cranberry
Total calories 1598 plus 70 ((1668))
Water 64ozs plus 32ozs decaf green tea
Exercise 3 miles track <--- doing as soon as I sign off
