Don't know if anyone recalls me saying I was going to be an officer, but Ive made the step && started the process. My boss told me today that I was so driven && motivated he had a feeling I was going to be a hard core ticket writer. I said no, just a zero tolerance no nonsense fair person. Just don't get ******ed with me.

Dreams, they come true.

This sunday makes 18yrs since a Fl state trooper killed my mom && grandpa in a car accident.(I was in it too, I was 10 yrs old) He was 22yrs old... I have since forgiven him and want to meet him and let him know that I know he didn't mean it and I forgive him and now love him. He is forgiven and is embraced within me, I am doing this career choice partially for my mom and partially for him. Protect and serve, but do it correctly.

Congratulations!!! I work as a dispatcher and I have nothing but respect for police officers. They do a thankless job and get a lot of flack for way too little money. People don't understand them or their job (although they think they do AND always think they can do it better) and always think the worst. Being in dispatcher for 10 years now I have learned a lot about the people on the other side of the radio. Thank you for the job you are going to do...good luck and God bless.
