Default what's a good pre-diet cleanse?

I want to feel 'clean' and ready for a fresh start, and I think doing a simple week long cleanse is exactly what I need.

I don't want to starve myself or have to go out and buy a ton of things.

What's a simple, healthy cleanse that will prepare me physically and mentally to focus on my weight loss goals?

I have to agree with the others, your body will do the cleansing for you. Just figure out your meal and exercise plan and go for it

I was actually going to warn you that most folks here are not big fans of cleanses….

I can understand your desire to start your diet off this way, but really, from what I’ve heard and also from my own personal experience, it’s not really that beneficial.
