Smile New Here

Hello, My Name is Romy Rodriguez and im 24 yrs old about to be 25 next week! . When I was 15 I weighted 225 pounds I put myself on a diet and by the time I was a junior in high school I was 155 pounds. I started dieting at the end of my sophmore yr. I used to workout everyday since I didnt have a job nor responsiblities. After I started college I let myself go and now 6 yrs later Ive been dieting on and off and i symply dont have the tuime to work out. I just cant stay in shape and I LOATHE to work out. Well not that I was unfurtunately let go from my job Ive started for the second time on this wonderful diet :0), and Imma work out a lot more since my school has a job and I can go regurlarly.

Hi Romy! I'm 24 too. You'll get lots of support here, it's a great forum. There are threads for posting menus and stuff like that and recipes (which help me a lot.) I really can't stand to work out either but when I do, I feel so much better.

Hi Romy and

There is lots of support here! I have found that coming here every single day since I started SBD has been the best decision I have ever made regarding my weight. By checking in daily I keep focused on my goals even if I have some off days.

Congratulations on losing weight and getting back on a plan before you regained it all. I'm 52, and it took me far too many years to realize that "diets" don't work, but a lifestyle change does.
