Default Weigh In's...what is your plan

Hello.
I am weighing in for the 2nd time today; I was planning on going around lunch time. I am paranoid about drinking too much water prior to the weigh in. What do you all do? I plan on going to weigh around the same time every weigh in, but I am not sure how all the water shakes out on the scale. Do you just eat and drink normally? Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

Just weigh in at the same time and don't worry about the water ... it will all work out. When you went in initially you probably ate and drank before you went in, and so if you don't now, it's not the same, and then you will set yourself up to have a scale "phobia" and pretty soon you will stop eating before you go in, etc. You'll be just fine working the program as written. Ditto Deb. I weigh in at lunch too, and always have about 48 oz of water before I get there - I always use the ladies' room too before I jump on the scale, but other than that, I stopped worring about how my food/water intake would effect my weigh-ins. I don't usually eat until after the weigh-in, but that just happens to be my normal schedule. I drive to the center, weigh-in, grab lunch, head back to my office. Good luck and great job on the 4 lbs you've already lost!

Woo-Hoo...2lbs water and all.
So, I went in, even though I already drank half my water. Maybe it is a habit now...I hope. I feel better, I was worried. So, now I am 6 total since last Tuesday.

I always try to wear the same weight clothes; shorts and a light top. Don't know what I'll wear when it gets cold!

I always wore the same thing; even throughout the winter. I just threw a coat on over it. I wasn't willing to let clothes possibly alter my weigh-ins.
