Ok I'm back I did pretty well today considering I couldn't keep to my schedule. I didn't make my 1600 calories but I will tomorrow so I should be on point.
Today's eats 8/16/10
Boiled egg with margarine, 4 strips bacon, Nutrigrain waffle, skim and 1/2 grapefruit
100 cal Klondike bar, 20 cheddar pretzels
slice of whole wheat bread, 2oz deli ham, fit & active peach yogurt, 1/2 grapefruit, V8, ff choc pudding with cool whip
38 oyster crackers
S/O pasta & spinach, 1c spinach, 1/2 grapefruit, ff jello
Total calories 1414
Exercise 3 miles track
Before I got in the shower I weighed 178. When I got out I weighed 177. Let's see what she says in the a.m.
Ulimate goal, struggling to get there .... .... Restart to get back to lowest weight in five years
