OK got up this morning no surprise I am 175.6. I came downstairs late to chit chat with my darling daughter only to see her eating my worse temptation spinach & artichoke dip and chips from Chili's. I only ate the small pieces which I tally to be about 4 whole chips. I also ate 1/2 grapefruit and drank 2 bottles of water. Now when I first went upstairs I weighed 178 or 179, when I went back up there after my treat I was 181. I figured it was mostly water and it would be gone by this morning NOT. I woke up at 6 weighed, laid back down got up two hours later same numbers, ughhhhh.
Ulimate goal, struggling to get there .... .... Restart to get back to lowest weight in five years
