Well I haven't been here in a while. Looks like I have lost my buddy But I'll keep going with this thread ...
Well Thursday was a good day overall ... I got my closet cleaned out. I found a place to take my clothes that will clean them to donate to Dress for Success. The remainder will go to a church down the street that does a clothing give away twice a year. So I'm happy.
My eats today 8/12/10
4 strips microwave bacon, skim milk, 1/4c egg beaters, nutri grain whole wheat waffle, no sugar syrup, small banana
Vegetarian vegetable soup w/beef stock, low sodium V8, fit & active peach yogurt, 10z chicken salad w/ 5 saltines
1/2c strawberry sherbet
1/2c uncle ben's broccoli au gratin rice, 4oz teriyaki chicken breast, 1c turnip greens, 1c grapes
Total calories 1138
Exercise 32 minutes, 8 miles, stationary bike
Take it 1 day, 1 sec, 1 min, 1 thought, 1 breath at a time.
