Ok!! so here it goes...I gain an enormous amount of weight(326) when I gave birth to my 3 children
. I went through a mini mid-life crisis so to speak where I was so unhappy with the way my body looked. I turned thirty and decided that I needed to take care of my temple. I proceeded to undertake my transformation: I joined a gym, went on a low carb diet(Adkins).The weight started to come off(currently 235)
. That diet worked well but I couldn't handle the ketones that came through the breath( I had dragon breath
). So I re-introduced carb back into my diet...can you say disaster. I am not saying anything bad about Adkins(minus the dragon breath
) I needed to completely change my lifestyle completely...hince I came here so see where this leads me. So starting Monday I will seriously start the lifestyle change including the conjuring up the discipline to get on a fitness program. So
feel free to give any pointers on how to get to my goal of 174
