Hey guys A couple of charts to assist weight loss are in my blog (link can be found in my profile). If you want them, please dont hesitate to ask. Also, I can make you a custom chart (no charge lol) to fit your own personal needs.

My charts are in Microsoft Works Spreadsheet (.xlr) but you can click on them in my blog to enlarge them and print them that way if needed (but its quality is not so great).

I will be adding more charts as I make them and like I said PLEASE, dont hesitate to ask if you need one done custom, or if you have a suggestion of a chart that would benefit everyone.
