Skim, salmon, 1/2c Uncle Ben's broccoli au gratin rice, V8 fusion

small banana, cup of grapes, 1/2 grapefruit

Dinner (190)
Chocolate Slim Fast

Total calories 884
Water 118ozs
Exercise 46 minutes=stationary bike (I'm proud of me, will shoot for a hour)

I have got to do better calorie wise. I didn't get up until 9:00 and when I get up late it throws me off. I do better when I am up at 6:45-7:00. This will be one of my goals for the remainder of the week.
