Welcome to 3FC Esther! You'll get a lot of support here. There's a chicks in control area that may be able to help with your emotional eating. And I've found that as I've lost weight I've had more energy so who knows, you may soon find yourself checking out the fitness area.

I highly recommend choosing a plan you think you can stick with - just being online won't help you lose weight. Pretty much every healthy way of losing weight has a group here full of folks who can offer good advice.
