Talking Over the hump!
All last week I just...stalled. I was so frustrated. My scale even said I gained 4 pounds! (I knew that darn scale-monster was just lying again!) So day before yesterday I hopped on and blessed be (!!!) I was back to "normal", and had finally dropped a quarter of a pound. So then I weigh myself again this morning...286.8! Another 3 pounds down! 55 pounds total! Before this I hadn't stalled and gained in my weight loss and it freaked me out, but it's all good now. And I know we all go through plateaus times we just kind of stall out, but I was really pissed that it was already happening. Whew!

Glad you hung in there! You may have only been at this for three months but you've lost over 50lbs, that's a perfect time for a stall even if it seems soon. Just keep pushing through any time it happens, and things will change. 55lbs is awesome!
