Default anyone start the idita-walk today?

Just wondering how many of you are doing this. I signed up, and recruited my brother. He called last night and told me he had enlisted several of his friends in the small town he lives in. In case you missed this thread a few weeks ago, it's a fun sounding thing for a good cause. see www.idita-walk.com

Jerie you stole my thunder! Was just logging on to post this very topic. I haven't gotten in my 30 min yet today but plan on walking this afternoon.

I hope a lot of people will do this even if they don't officially register. Go to the site and print off the timesheet and just walk 30 min a day for the next 35 days. I think that would be a great start to consistent exercise. Of course the weather in the northeast is not the greatest right now for walking but hey just think that they are doing this in Nome Alaska!!

I walked Monday and Tuesday but haven't gotten my time in yet today as the baby has been very sick. He just got up from a nap just now and seems better so we might head to the mall so I can get my walk in. It is way way too cold to take him outside even just for 30 minutes.

I had every intention of doing this, but then I joined curves. I am motivated, but I can't see me doing curves and walking 30 minutes.

I am rooting for you guys!!!!

Just wondered how you were doing with this Jerie? I have to go back and look at my log, I got behind a couple of hours early on but made some of it up and this past week or so has been terrible with the baby being sick. I'm going to have to do some serious walking over the next 2 weeks to make up. Of course today it is like -25C but it is supposed to be warmer tomorrow.
