Default Good To Be Home!
Well, after ten weeks of rolling my r's (French course) it's great to be back home again. I managed to maintain my weight for the first 6 weeks, but gained 7 1/2 lbs the last four. Of course, it was all self-inflicted...abuse of the body with beer, pizza and poutine.

I got home last Monday, which was when I weighed myself, and started right back with Atkins. The damage was only temporary because I lost all of the 7 1/2 lbs during my first week home. Dodged another one!

On the topic of Atkins, here is a news article I found on a popular news site up here regarding a 2-year study of low-carb vs low-fat diets. It is great news for everyone here following the Atkins plan. http://www.ctv.ca/CTVNews/Health/201...sterol-100803/

No problem...I figured that since I get a little paranoid about the long term effects of Atkins others may as well...
