OK so this is what I ate yesterday 8/6/10

Breakfast (180)
plain honey wheat toast , Activia lite yogurt, and a nasty travel mug of coffee with about 4tbsp of non dairy creamer

Lunch (110)
Deli turkey, rice cake

Snack (120)
V8, Fit & Active mixed berry pomegranate smoothie

Dinner @ 11:30-11:50pm at ihop (125)
egg beaters, 1/2 slice wheat toast plain, fruit

Total calories 535

I loved the scale this morning but I know it won't stick but it was great to see 174.8 down 1.6lbs from yesterday.

Ulimate goal, wrestling to get there .... .... Restart to get back to lowest weight in five years
