Default Which Vanilla/ Almond/ Coconut extract to buy?

Hi everyone. Thanks for your posts and suggestions to make the puddings tasty. Many of your suggested adding up different extracts... I am not sure if those have sugar in them (most of the extract packs do not have nutriotional content printed on the package but mention corn syrup as one of the ingredients)? Which brand are you guys buying?
Thanks in advance for the response.

Avoid anything with corn syrup or added oil. I use a flavoring for the almond because everything I have found so far had sugar and oil.

I use the mccormicks line of flavorings and extracts (most are imitation) the add enough of the right flavoring for me and have no significant change nutritionally.

I also use stevia drops with flavors. They do a great job and don't have added carbs. These are great when you also want a little sweet.

I do use real peppermint spirit or peppermint oil too. Just a drop on my tongue can really help Ketosis breath!
