Hello everyone,
I'm new to the forum. I've been struggling with my weight for about 2 yrs now. A break up with my fiance left me crushed and very emotional. I was put on Celexa for depression and anxiety and, as a result, gained about 30-35 pounds. I have been off of the anti-depressants for about a year now and am feeling so much better emotionally. However, physically, I feel the worst I've ever felt. I feel horribly fat and not like myself. I just can't believe that I put on so much weight..
Anyways, long story short, I am going to try a new diet that I can actually live with -- I'm trying to watch my calorie and fat intake. I'd like a little bit of variety. I'm just wondering if any of you have any recipes that you love that you'd be willing to share with a novice? I'd really appreciate it.
