I'm back on track again. I couldn't remember what I weighed the last time I tried for the healthy lifestyle. I pulled out my last eating journal. My last weigh in was the exact weight that I currently am. ^__^ That means how I was eating the last few months was enough to maintain.
So surely this should be rather easy by scaling back my eating a bit and exercising? I guess it helps that I was taking a small lunch to work every day. Yay for small miracles?
