I finally faced the scale this morning and I am up 4 pounds since the beginning of June. That's really not as bad as I had thought it would be considering that I have really been off plan the last two months.
I have lost about 5-6 pounds during July, thanks to going to gym, while low carb and then doing South Beach phase 1. I do feel like that is a lot for me tho, so i am aware I might put on a pound or just hold it without any loss but that is ok. Losing something and maintaining is better than losing nothing and putting it on.
