Default snack suggestions...

Aside from the usual fruits and veggies snack suggestions...

Hummus (with veggies), yogurts, craisins (YUM), cereal bars, protein shakes...

I think it depends if you are restricting carbs at all or not I usually have a snack at night that consists of fruit or yogurt or flavored rice cakes (the mini crispy ones).

Sunbutter is similar to peanutbutter but is made out of sunflower seeds. With jelly it taste like PB, on milder things like bananas you get the wonderful sunflower seed taste. They make a few varities, but the ones that we think taste the best happen to be the natural ones, the smooth is really good and the crunchy (it has whole sunflower seeds in it) is delicious. http://www.sunbutter.com/products.php

I think the links in the other post should be working now.

Ants on a log! Cut up a stalk of celery, 1 TBSP peanut butter/almond butter, and some raisins or dried cranberries.

I second hummus and veggies! Mmmmm. Laughing cow wedge on two slices of toasted light bread(45 calories a slice). Apples and peanut butter, which is apparently a snack that marathon runners use(!).

If you go here you can find several 1800 menus. Scrolls to the middle and click the links in red.
