A serving is a specific amount of food defined by common measurements, such as cups or tablespoons.
A portion is the amount of food you put on your plate.

You'll be surprised at just how small a serving is, and how many calories are in the portion you eat.

Measure and count calories for everything you eat, just for awhile.
You'll see what a difference it can make in your portion control, and ultimately in your weight loss.
