What are your fitness/health goals? 135 the healthy weight for my height and to be in shape

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? when I was 10 pounds away from 200 pounds I knew I had to do something. And when my fiances EVIL mother told me I me I was getting fat. I just want to stick it to her.

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Emotional eating
