I've tried to call my center and the phone just keeps ringing so I thought maybe some of you could help.
I ate a late breakfast today and then 2.5 hours later had lunch but I wasn't hungry so I couldn't eat it all. I had maybe 2 oz. of protein and 2 oz. veggies and 3/4 cup of strawberries. So for dinner can I have extra protein and veggies?
ETA: I'm on the beige menu

I would skip the extra protein and veggies and just have the smaller lunch and make sure you get in your HNS's.

Not sure what the center will say though

Thanks ladies! I went ahead and ate my regular portion for dinner and I'm feeling full and satifsfied for the moment. I will have an extra HNS if I get hungry before bed.
