Eat healthy and work out daily

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit?
When I returned to school to become an elementary education teacher, I decided that when I started teaching I wanted to walk into a classroom at a healthier weight.

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health?
Eating when stressed.
