OK. Since there were no replies, I did a bit more searching & found a recipe that I could modify to be more WW friendly.
3 oz. box of sugar-free instant pudding [I used vanilla]
1/3 C Splenda
6 scoops whey protein powder [I used vanilla]
6 C nonfat dry milk powder
Mix well & store in air-tight container.
To mix, use 1/4 C dry mix, 1 t DaVinci sugar-free syrup [to taste, again, I used vanilla] & 1 C water [I used almond milk for another point but another serving of milk].
1/4 C = 1 point.
Because of the pudding, you're better off mixing & let it sit for a minute or so.
This was my 1st try with it & it's actually a bit sweet. I might try to next time without the DaVinci syrup.
