Today I was sitting here thinking about my weight loss, and feeling a little depressed at myself and still not happy with the weight I am. I decided to go through some of my mothers computer pictures and see if i could find some old pictures of myself. Wow... Let me just tell you I completely lost it when I saw some of these pictures. (Some of them I had never even seen) I couldn't believe my eyes. I was so unhappy and in a bad relationship, but how could I let myself get THAT big? I'm still not where I want to be but I know I will never go back to that old me EVER AGAIN. I couldn't be happier right now and I know im moving in the right direction and I hope to one day be posting pics under the GOAL album. So here are a few pics of me before and few recent pics. So far total of 77lbs... even typing that just blows my mind.. THATS A SMALL PERSON!
Your skin looks a lot healthier and so does your hair. I have to say, you look gorgeous now. You also look more youthful or something, I just can't put my finger on it. There's just something so drastic about how different your face looks, and I have to tell you lady, you're inspiring! What was your weight before you started? You really look amazing and please don't be discouraged. 77 pounds is a LOT of weight! If I lost 77 pounds, I'd be at like 132 and be around my goal. and I'd be ecstatic! You should be too! You're never going back to your old self again.
EDIT: So I looked at your after pictures, and you're smiling with your eyes and just look so happy. your eyes are lit up.

You look great- and i agree, i wouldn't even recognize you as the same person if you hadn't said! Your face somehow looks completely different! Way to go- your hard work really did pay off.
Thanks guys! It really means alot to me that I can inspire people to lose weight. I wont lie.. It is INCREDIBLY hard to do, but as long as you stick to it anyone can do it. I have my on days and I have my off days thats just how it is. I lost it all by mainly just watching my calories. I havent been restricted to any crazy diet.. just exercise more eat less. I have done many diets in the past and simple math is all you need. Calories in and calories out. I started brisk walking for exercise then eventually added on biking and doing charity events(bike rides, walks) and a little of C25k.(Im slacking on that right now) I have done a few workout tapes like the biggest loser cardio max and JM's cardio kick box, and I just recently tried Turbo Jam (Im still deciding if i like it) The goal for me was to just do SOMETHING active.. I liked to change it up and try something new once in a while as doing the same video got tiring. I always strived to just push myself to workout no matter what. I still have a ways to go but I cant wait to get to the finish line!
You look absolutely amazing - your skin is glowing and your smile speaks for itself !! 77lbs is a massive loss, I hope I can get there one day too
