Hi CJ - nice to hear from you. I'm glad that you are posting your food journal as well. I will go there when I have a minute.

Here's mine for yesterday:

Breakfast - a large orange and coffee, black.

Lunch - Small amount of leftover stirfries with tofu, about 1/2 cup.

Snack - 2 whole wheat crackers, 1 oz. cheddar

Dinner - 1 cup potatoes with vegetarian lf gravy, green beans, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, 1 pce of focaccia bread (plain)

Snack - lf microwave popcorn - about 2 cups

Starting to feel so much better - down 2 lbs. this week, but have a ways to go before I will be back to where I was. It was very encouraging to get weighed this morning.

Talk to you later. Love, G
