Default I love Zumba Classes
I started exercising at the YMCA back in Feburary and got into the Zumba classes. Now I cant wait to go my twice a week to class. But I dont think of them as exercise since I am having so much fun!! Does anyone else take and love Zumba classes?

I know scads of people that just love Zumba too. One of my goals after I have my foot/ankle reconstruction surgery is to be able to do a zumba class..

I have taken one class and LOVED it. I finally found a couple of classes that are at convenient times, so this Saturday at 12:30pm I WILL be there!!!! I have heard great things about the instructor, so I am very excited!!!

I take Zumba and I love it! When I'm doing it I also think "this can't be exercise it's to fun" but usually the next day I can tell that I worked out....I think it's just the best of both worlds!
