I remember as a kid July meant the summer was almost over but it hasn't even felt like it's begun here in WA!! No matter I still plan to rock this not so summer like July!!
My goals are going to be pretty much the same as last month, workout 4 days a week, elliptical and yoga all 4 and the 30 day shred on 2 of those days with a minute goal of 1300. I also still want to work on getting my family out and moving more!! We did pretty good last month, going to the zoo, parks, walks etc so I'd like to continue that.

I'm joining the challenge. I need it. My exercise program fell apart in June because I started smoking again. But I'm back on the wagon & ready to repair my fitness plan. I don't have a goal in minutes b/c a lot of the exercise I do is stop/start. But I'm shooting for about an hour a day.
Aerobic exercise:
Running: 3x per week, so my goal is at least 12 sessions in July.
Strength training:
Bowflex/floor exercises: 2x per week minimum, so goal is 8 sessions.
Lifestyle exercise:
Biking- Bike to/from work & on weekends. Use bike as much as possible.
Walking- Every day (that's not hard, I don't have a car )
Dancing- Go dancing at least once a week. (For my health & happiness)
Ok folks, I'm ready for this... Smoke free in July

Thanks MeowMix!
I'm going to have essentially the same goal as last month. No more than one day off per week. I had only two days off for last month. I think that makes me queen of the universe. I might be wrong. I am trying to focus on doing at least three circuit training days in per week, and I may make it four, to try to increase my metabolism. This is all just so I can eat more.

Week 1
My exercise goal for July is three fold. These are all things I have done before without a problem so I know that the only reason I wouldn't be able to obtain these goals is because I got lazy.
Firstly, I would like to attend the fitness boot camp I go to every day this month 1,320 boot camp exercise minutes]. That's five days a week. Second, I would like to add an additional 750 minutes of exercise to what I already do and lastly, I will take the five flights of stairs up to my condo every time unless my arms are full.
Here we go! [best for me to put the weeks this way...]
July, Week One:
1. Boot Camp [60]; Stairs x2
2. Boot Camp [60]
3. Rest
4. Rest
July, Week Two
5. Boot Camp [60]; 45 Minute Walk
6. Boot Camp [60]
7. No boot camp today, was sick in the morning. [I went but threw up again and came home]; 75 minute walk
8. Boot Camp [60]; 15 minute walk
9. Boot Camp [60]
10. Rest
11. Rest
July, Week Three
12. Bootcamp [60]
13. Rest
14. Rest [bum leg, go figure]; Stairs x2
15. Boot Camp [60]; Stairs
16. Boot Camp [60]
17. Rest
18. Walk [45]
July, Week Four
19. Boot Camp [60]
20. Boot Camp [60]
21. Boot Camp [60]
22. Boot Camp [60]
23. Boot Camp [60]
24. Walk [60]
25. Walk [45]
July, Week Five
26. Horseback Riding [150]; C25k [30]
27.
28.
29.
30.
31.
BOOT CAMP EXERCISE MINUTES [goal]/[completed]/[left]: 1320/840/480
ADDITIONAL EXERCISE [goal]/[completed]/[left]: 750/480/270

Thanks MeowMix for setting this up! Really helped me to motivate and stay on track last month. This month, I will try to finish the 30-day shred (July 1 = day 11), incorporate beginner yoga, and (most importantly for me) do any sort of exercise every day!
My official July goals are:
1. Daily intentional exercise;
2. 2000 min. cardio, 600 min. ST;
3. Yoga 3x/week; and
4. Finish 30DS.
