What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit?
My nurse told me I was overweight, nearing obese for my height.

What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health?
Boredom eating, finding motivation to exercise.

What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve?
My exercise needs to be structured, I work better with plans and lists.
I need to stick to my stopping of drinking beer and wine and fizzy.
More water has to be consumed. I dehydrate easily at the best of times.

My sister who calls me fat subtley or not so much every few days.
