Talking Hello All!
Hello everyone. My name is Pam and I have struggled with my weight my entire life. After my dh had an incident in April of 09' (possible heart attack at 33), we started taking our weight loss serious. Both of us had been very active in high school and college and life just caught up to us. I have lost about 30 pounds over the past year and can honestly say that I am much healthier than I was, but often need more support than my dh can provide. I have lurked for awhile and felt compelled to join and here I am!
