Default i'm already getting discouraged

So I l've lost 7.5 pounds in about 2 weeks. But this week..the entire week (I go to weigh in tomorrow!) my scale at home hasn't moved. It feels to early to come to this block. Maybe i get discouraged easily but I really like seeing the scale go down.

Allison, don't get discouraged. 7.5 lbs in 2 weeks is great!

What is your eating and exercise plan?

I just finished week 3. Week 1 I lost 5lbs, Week 2 I gained it back (TOM). Week 3 I lost 4lbs at the beginning (once TOM was gone) and I've been at that weight all week.

But I'm seeing other changes. And other people are noticing changes. Don't let the scale discourage you. Keep working hard and it will come.

7.5 lbs in two weeks is really good...and your body may just be adjusting this week. Weight loss isn't perfect. Maybe you won't lose anything this week. Ok, oh well. Maybe you'll lose four lbs. next week. Really, a week without anything may seem like the worse thing ever, but its not. Its just a week. Or maybe you won't lose anything for a month. But you're still working towards a goal, still getting healthy and making a better lifestyle for yourself.

I'm on the Metabolic Research Center diet.. so I eat mostly salad and chicken, protein drinks and water.
I've been doing the 30 day shred every couple of days. And today I made a commitment and joined the YMCA because I'd like to start swimming.

Thanks for the encouragement guys.

or look at it another way. Say "I am never, EVER going to be 205 lbs EVER again. " Think about that statement. How does it make you feel? Are you smiling? You have the power to make that statement true.

When I am stalling, I always say to myself, I will NEVER be 165 lbs EVER again. Never. I may not be able to drop lbs by the clock, but I have the power to maintain. I mean, what's the alternative? If you give up you WILL gain the weight back. SO would you rather be 199 or 207?

Keep putting one foot in front of the other. you had a huge loss; your body;s just catching up.
