Default Starbucks Help!

When I was on Atkins, it was just about impossible to enjoy Starbucks... I miss it like CRAZY! Even have a gift card one of my students gave me at the end of the school year that I have YET to use. What do you suggest?
I like hot, cold, foamy, creamy, whatever! LOL
Here are some of my "old" favorites:

Caramel Frap ~ NO whip
Pumpkin Spice (I know it's seasonal)
Peppermint Mocha ~ (I know it's seasonal too)
Java chip frap ~ no whip

I don't know anything about SB - but as far as Starbucks goes - if you get a drink with flavoring in it, sometimes you can have them use the sugar free stuff instead. Or what I do (I LOVE me some cafe mocha) is I ask them to put half the number of squirts in my drink. (ie. Instead of 2 squirts in my small cafe mocha, I ask for one squirt)

I think I read somewhere that each squirt is like 40 - 70 calories (all sugar, of course).

When you go in, just ask them for a fat free/sugar free drink and they can whip something up for you. Or make them at home yourself to really control what goes in them. If you can get coffee concentrate at your grocery store, what you can make at home beats SBucks any day. If you can't, then a toddy works great. I adore a whipped up iced coffee in the afternoons to beat the heat and either buying cold brew or making it with a toddy is wonderful.

I have been drinking sweetened iced coffee, no idea if the classic syrup is Atkins friendly though. It is black coffee over ice with classic syrup. A nice sweet kick without all the cals. They may even have it sugar free if that would make it Atkins friendly?

Skinny cinnamon dolce latte! Or anything with sugar-free syrup and skim milk.

I am not a coffee drinker. So I get the tea lattes with sugar free syrup. I recommend the roobios which has a malty flavor or Earl Grey. If I want a cold drink I get an iced tea plain or with vanilla sugar free syrup.

Tall skinny cinnamon dolce (latte) = 90 calories, the same as 1 serving skim milk. The espresso has no calories , neither does the SF syrup. It;s my favorite drink!

Also, tall skinny caramel latte, tall skinny hazelnut latte, tall skinny vanilla latte

They just changed their frapp mix too so now you can make it custom! Last time I checked it still wasn't on their website as this n ew method is brand new, but it tastes like an iced capp from timmy's yet has under 90 calories for a tall.
Ask for a nonfat, sugar free vanilla or caramel frapp. The base is skim milk, it has less than 90 cals as the girl told me all the components are the same as the hot lattes, but the frapp has some ice in it so slightly less milk.

And of course the iced coffees. I know nothing about them though bc I think iced coffee is nasty

oh yes, I forgot, you can also get a nonfat, sugar free caramel macchiato.
They are yummy as well (no drizzle though)

Have you tried making the Iced Vanilla Coffee Milk recipe listed on the SB site??? I froze some coffee the night before so I could make it frozen. It's not quite Starbucks (I even prefer Atlanta Bread Company's coffee over Starbucks, though) but it hits the spot.

Yes, a skinny late, has skim milk and sugar free syrup. But you can skinny other things even if it isn't on the menu. Here's how.
