Default Your Top 5 Fitness DVDs!

Hey everybody! Please post your top 5 favorite exercise DVDs! I'm sort of obsessed because I find the gym a little boring sometimes...I'm curious to see what everyone says.

Here's my top 5:

1. Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred
2. Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
3. Jackie Warner Power Circuit Training
4. Biggest Loser Workout: Cardio Max
5. Rodney Yee's AM Yoga For Your Week (which I do every morning, so I had to put it on the list!)

Thanks!

I only use these four, so I guess they are my favs!

1. Jillian 3DS
2. Jillian No More Trouble Zones
3. Jillian Fat Blast Metabolism Booster
4. Mari Windsor Pilates (the one with the resistance ball - can't recall the exact name)

Love me that Jillian!! I just ordered a new Pilates video that was recommended - will post once I get it to let you know if it is good (Jules Benson's Total Core Pilates).

Looking forward to seeing what others are doing.

I know! I owe my weight loss to Jillian Michaels... I love the way she makes me sweat.

I just bought a Mari Windsor "Cardio Pilates" DVD and I'm looking forward to doing it.

1. Anything Beachbody (Ok, ok, so not the "dance-y ones" but the athletic ones I love! Namely Insanity and Chalean Extreme. Turbo Fire arrives today and I'll bet I'll be adding that to this list!)
2. Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. Also Yoga Meltdown
3. Cathe Friedrich Kick, Punch and Crunch. Also her Core Max and Stretch Max series
4. Jessica Smith's 10 Minute Solution Knockout Body
5. Element Ballet Conditioning (great balance and leg sculpting workout)

Geez just 5....umm...

In no particular order
-Jillian Michaels for Beginners: Frontside/Backside set
-JM The Biggest Winner: How to Lose by Winning set
-JM 30 Day Shred
-JM Banish Fat Boost Metabolism
-JM No More Trouble Zones

since you only asked for five I can't continue with the other million favorites I have. And trust me...there's plenty more in my arsenal

Lol, something tells me you're a JM fan

My fave is her Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I was also pleasantly surprised with Yoga Meltdown--I use it as my morning workout on my non-run days.

Her Winning by Losing set is on my WANT list...especially Cardio Kickboxing. I've had it in my Blockbuster Queue forever, but I think someone's hogging it.

I just tried the Jules Benson Core Pilates video. Itis definitely not a calorie burner (which I find to be true of most Pilates - at least I don't get my hear rate up), but what an ab burner !

I would watch the moves first & then join in if you'v never done any pilates. I had only done a couple of DVDs before, but found her easy to follow & she keeps it moving. It is long (almost a full hour with warm up & stretch), which is nice. Abs/core are the focus, as the name promises, but she also has a KILLER leg workout.

I'm really looking forward to incorporating this into my regular routine. I can imagine that this DVD will shape my core & hips/thighs...and I worked hard BUT didn't feel like I was going to fall over when I was done (as is typically the case post-Jillian!! ). Sometimes, I just need a non-cardio workout...

I really like my Veena and Neena dvds, and have been a fan of Denise Austin too. Though, I think I'm going to branch out and get a Jillian Michaels dvd. Been watching one on ebay.

Me? A fan? How'd ya guess?! lol

Cardio Kickbox is the best! It's worth dropping a few buck on ebay or Amazon to get it. You'll do it so much, your dvd player will burn a hole through it

I know this is a bit off topic but which videos do yall suggest for beginners? I am interested in Jillian michaels and Leslie Sansone. I have seen some fitness videos that look great but I am so big and out of shape that I don't know where to begin

I definitely would say go with Leslie for beginners. Also maybe check out exercisetv.tv They have some decent workouts for beginners there. Good luck with whatever you choose
