for those that are allowed/required to have snacks what do you eat - the list isn't very long and I am having a hard time coming up with protein for breakfast and then again for 2 snacks. Sheesh!

Today I tried cottage cheese with an liquid HNS and a packet of sweetner and it was really good except for the consistency - I should have put in the food processor. It would make a good mock yogurt or pudding

I tend to do cheese as a snack.. I'm on a menu that I only get 1 snack in the afternoon, so I have the 1 oz of cheese or if I don't have eggs for breakfast, I eat a hard boiled egg.. My problem is most of the time I forget to eat the snack. I'm not a fan of cottage cheese.. I don't mind the taste, but I can't stand the lumps.. I need to try it in the blender more as a shake for lunch..

I have string cheese or I make the parm chips (which I REALLY like and normally make a batch to last me for 4-5 snacks).
