WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I've started and stopped this journey more times than I care to admit. I have to do this now. My health is at stake.
WEIGHT LOSS PLAN: 1200-1400 calories per day, portion control, no sodas and get off my duff and exercise more
PIERCINGS: 4 in left ear, 2 in right. When I get skinny again I'll treat myself to another belly ring
TATTOOS: None and I regret that now. I can't have any due to a blood-clotting disorder.
