Default "New" Clothes

Well this can go under NSV or mini-goal.

I cleaned my closet in January and gave myself 6 months to lose weight and wear the clothes that were too tight. That would be July 1. The date I set for it anyway.

Well as I sit here typing, I am wearing a pair of capris that would pull at the pockets. They pull a little, but not near as much and aren't "OMG, I can't breathe!" tight. I haven't opened the box to see what else I can wear out of there yet! These capris were removed a month ago to gauge progress.

So I am liking my "New" clothes. Finally I have twice as many work outfits!

Nice! What a great feeling to wear things you haven't been able to wear for awhile. It is like getting a new wardrobe!

Keep up the good work!

Thanks all!

I went garage sale-ing today and bought a pair of size 18 pants for a quarter. And even though it is probably a No-NO, (buying sizes too small, I mean, not the garage sale itself! ) This is two sizes from where I am now, so hopefully I will fit them soon. If not, only out a quarter!

Good for you!

I have also just recently worn two pairs of pants that were too tight months ago.

fitting into old clothes that you haven't been able to is a great feeling, but what happens when all your clothes are becoming too big? its a good feeling but can be expensive to replace... its almost a double edged sword lol
