Default Multi-Vitamin

I'm considering taking a multi-vitamin, but am not sure which to take. I've taken them in the past ( one a day ) and didn't feel a difference.

Any recommendations? I am not looking to get all my vitamins and minerals from a pill, but I want it to supplement my diet.

Thanks

I just take a standard one a day vitamin (store brand) with green tea in it as well. It seems to help. I do notice that I have more energy. I just started taking it again after not having it for 2 months.

My trainer suggested this one because it's all natural and better than Centrum, etc.:

Oh I take vitamin code! I like it.

I usually either buy Deva or Vitamin code.

I thought this article about choosing a multivitamin was very helpful.

i take my flinstones vitamin every day- have issues swallowing large pills & they're cheaper then the centrum chewables for adults. i also take vitamin D cause i'm in the pacific northwest & we don't get enough, and vitamin E to treat another issue. i definitely feel better when i take them.

I take GNC Ultra Mega for women, a vitamin B 1000mg(for energy and metabolism boost), and Valerian root (for sleep.) I have to admit, I do feel fantastic these days!
