My doctor referred me to an endocrinologist who is testing me for Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. She put me on the SugarBusters! diet but said the primary purpose was to eat healthy not necessarily to lose weight.
I want to lose weight!!!!!
Does anyone have any input on this? I'm sorry if this has been covered somewhere else I'm very new here and this is my first day to post. Just a nudge in the right direction would be very appreciated.
