Hi Everyone - I just finished my first week of preconditioning, and tomorrow I start on the Meta-Slim menu for 4 days. I did not purchase MRC-6 from MRC but did get the substitute version if it, KLB-5, from Bariatric Food Source (was so much cheaper). I'd like to know when/how many of the MRC-6 does MRC recommend that you take daily? Is it 2 per meal like the EFA?

you take 2 before each meal and you can take up to 30 - 45 mins, I take the KLB-5 and it works great.

Thanks so much carolinagirlnc - got my KLB5 this past weekend and have added it into my daily routine - 2/meal - 6/day. What does taking it 30-45 mins before a meal do for you?
