Default Hey y'all!
Hey everyone!
My name is Sam, I'm 22 years old and live in Louisiana for now. I'm a military wife and full time college student.

Right now I'm at 203 lbs on a 5'1 frame. My starting weight it 205, and this is the beginning of week 2 for me. I had a huge wake up call when I found a big dark mark on the back of my neck and my Dr. told me it was a sign of pre-diabetes. That scared me to death seeing as how it runs strong in my family.

I am here because I need support, I'm not a person that can just do it all on my own, so I look forward to talking to y'all!!

Welcome Sam, You have definitely come to the right place. I've joined a few forums to help me get through and thus far it is working. YAY! I joined a challenge last night that I really want to achieve. I started my journey on 6/1 and 3FC members have been my support and motivation more than they could ever know. It helps me to know I'm taking it day by day with all of you . Take care.

I'm new on the Forum too. I too have pre-diabetes and wish that it was as much of a wake up call for me as it seems to have been for you. I hope this site will set me straight
