Hello All,
I have been trying to shed about 30 pounds for 2 years now. So, what did I do? I bought a BowFlex (about $2000). It looks so beautiful and it still sits where my husband put it together for me about 1 year ago.
Pitiful. I look at it, polish it and watch the DVD. Dang, did I mention that is as far as I have got.
Anyway, I joined this forum to see how other women were dealing with their own battles.
30 pounds may not sound like much, but I am wearing my husband's jeans to church (size 32). eeek!
That does not feel good. I refuse to go buy clothes that I will have no use for in the future. Problem is, how far in the future until I can get back into my own?
