I want to be sure you get that last shake that you have listed as a snack 1 hour to 30 minutes before you go to bed. If you are hungry throughout the day, try drinking more water or spreading your veggies out a little more. Also, you can graze on lettuce and some suggest if you are hungry adding more oil.
