Talking Down 20 pounds, 15 to go to my dream goal!

After tip-toeing it during my sister's birthday party last night (giving up my previous 1.5 slices of pizza for .5 and having frozen pudding instead of s'mores and brownies to still get the flavor), I got on the scale this morning to see it go to 137.4. I am beside myself with joy. This is the 20 pound mark that I have anxiously been striving for. But now, even though if it were a month ago, I would have a celebratory "free" day, I'm going out running and going to my friend's youth group and meeting some guys there later So on behalf of me and my nil-20, thank you everyone on here for being so supportive and just amazing! *Superhug*

Great job avoiding all those extra calories at your sister's party! You have inspired me to step away from the picnic table this weekend. And just enjoy the day with friends and family without overeating.
