I'm still about 190 and he said i USED TO BE FAT

Congrats! I'm new, but looking at your ticker you have done EXCELLENT! I hope I can do half as good as you have done!

Congrats. You've earned it. But even at your highest weight, I'm sure he has really fun memories of you! I am trying to be tough enough to allow my picture to be taken at this weight so that we can have those memories as well. I admire your spirit - then, now and always.
