Default Miss Chris' cheeriness!
I did my first yoga tape last night and again this morning. it's a denise austin one, and every time she says:

"you're doing great! you feel good! it's a good day! you're going to look great! yoga is so good for you!" etc, i hear our very own MISS CHRIS saying it!!

Chris, you're an inspiration to me. i draw some of my positive energy from you, and if you ever need some back, i promise to share.

Thank you HOLLY! This made me feel awesome! Sore back and all! Seize the day! And I can! And I am often as corny as Denise Austin, but it gets me movin every day;-)
